SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION
With the exception of our subscription fulfillment agents, Namak Magazine does not share, license, lease, rent, sell or otherwise release its subscriber database to third parties. All information that identifies subscribers individually is held in the strictest confidence, and will only be released under court order or written authorization of the individual. Namak will, however, use subscriber information to gather aggregate demographic statistics (such as total subscribers, age range, general interests, etc.) for the purpose of identifying our readership, and will make that aggregate data available to potential advertisers. Namak will limit its own use of subscriber information to sending only announcements and advertisements we believe will have a legitimate benefit to our subscribers.

ADVERTISER INFORMATION
Namak Magazine will not disclose any personally identifiable or private information about individuals or employees of our advertisers to third parties, but will, on occasion, make public information available on our website, in special advertising supplements and through other publications designed to further promote the advertiser's business. These publications are considered an added service to both our advertiser and our subscribers.

APPLICANT INFORMATION
Namak Magazine will not disclose any personally identifiable or private information about job applicants to third parties. All information that identifies applicants individually is held in the strictest confidence, and will only be released under court order or written authorization of the individual. Namak will limit its own use of private applicant information to contacting applicants for potential employment opportunities. Applying for a position with Namak does not place you on any mailing list other than our human resources database.

WEBSITE SECURITY
We take reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to third parties we believe to be responsible, and only for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to our subscribers and advertisers. However, we are not responsible for any breach of security nor for any actions of any third parties which receive the information.
